General Informatics

We all know how hectic and fast paced the market is in today’s world.  As such, downtime is simply not an option for us at NLG. The old saying “time is money” is a great example of the current business environment we are in today. This is where General Informatics came in.  I was fortunate enough to meet Nick Morgan (Business Development Manager) for General Informatics at exactly the right time. From the beginning, I really hit it off with Nick and we were able to engage in some necessary discussions around our IT procedures that we currently had in place. After a few meetings with Nick, he was able to really show the value of what partnering up with General Informatics could do for our business. Nick and I were able to discuss at great length how General Informatics could increase our operational efficiency and most importantly allow us to consistently serve our customers without having to worry about our data and our equipment.  Nick also explained how his company has strategically aligned field engineers across the state to ensure that in the case of a disaster, they could dispatch an engineer to be on site in a timely manner to take care of our company. As mentioned above, downtime is a huge cause of concern for our company, and the support model that General Informatics provides was actually the deciding factor for me. The 24/7 support (after hours included), Unlimited support desk, quick response times, along with local engineers available for dispatch when needed was just what we were looking for.  As a business owner, I cannot tell you how good it feels to truly know that you are taken care of and have a partner you can trust for such an important part of our business.

Outcome

We decided to go forward with General Informatics TotalCARE package.
